Happy 4th Birthday, Rachel

The little princess turned 4 today. She is such a little sweetheart. She has the cutest expressions, and gives good loves. She likes to give a running narrative of her day, so we always know where she is...unless it's 6 in the morning and she's at a neighbor's house.
